To feel major anxiety about leaving DD

I have a 6 month old DD. Tomorrow, she is going to spend 3-4 hours with her dad. He has never had her on his own before. DD has severe allergies and a range of skin issues that mostly I deal with. I know it's important for her to have quality time with her dad but I just feel so anxious. In fact, I feel petrified. When I try and think rationally, I know he is capable of looking after the baby for 3 hours and nothing drastic will happen. But I still can't help but feel anxious! I keep getting myself in such a state. What is wrong with me? Is it normal to feel this way?

There’s nothing wrong with you! How you feel is completely normal, you care about your baby, you want to know she’s safe and happy and comfortable and you know that’s normally with you, her mum who knows her best.
