Seriously annoyed. Been hanging in a phone queue for 45 mins now.
All I keep getting is we are sorry we are busy at the moment please hold.
When you phone our doctors you get told where you are in the queue and it's helpful.
Why can't everyone do this.
How long do I sit and listen to this repetitive and boring message.AIBU for them to tell us where we are in queue so that we can make an.informed choice as to wait or not?
Can't believe I'm waiting for so long either. It's far too ongoing to expect people to wait?
