Sitting in the local food court earlier with my daughter having lunch. Watching two young kids aged 3/4 running about wild, shrieking top of their voices. Parents sitting on phones oblivious to their kids causing havoc. Then one child bumped into an elderly lady, coffee everywhere. Luckily no one was burnt. No fault of the kids here, but wtf are the parents thinking.
