Anyone taken dog to Switzerland?

Did you just need the Health Certificate required for France and other EU countries?
No specific Swiss requirements?

Did this a few years ago and in addition to the usual paperwork, before it was released to us the dog also had to be checked by a Swiss officer to confirm it hadn't had its ears or tail docked/cut. Not sure if that was age/breed specific or applicable to all dogs though.
