To worry about cafcass safeguarding letter

My ex is making a court application for contact
it says cafcass do a LA check
iv never been on a plan or anything but did do an assessment because o called the police and reported dv got a non mol then wanted to get back with him so I made a referral to csc. I then was referred with case closed and left the relationship after seeking support

will this come up? It happened in 2014

I would have thought that would be mentioned briefly because they will check with LA for history. However I would have thought this would only be a useful thing for you because it evidences the past abuse.

Try not to worry, this will almost certainly come up, but you will also have a telephone interview where you will be able to talk through the context. It reflects well on you that you ultimately ended the relationship and haven't taken him back since then.
