Anyone has the right to publish their story. If you don't want to know you don't have to read it. If it's untrue the family have a massive legal team that I'm sure could deal with any issues of libel.

It’s all perfect marketing designed to get as many people to buy it as possible. I wouldn’t be surprised if the accidental early release in Spain was deliberate to maximise media attention and coverage pre release date.
