I placed an online order placed early December - but arrived after xmas so too late to gift (bought again from Boots before it was dispatched).
Store won't accept the return as I paid paypal so they cant process.
Online return instructions say I need a returns number, can't locate this anywhere.
Emailed / raised various tickets since before xmas and no response / online chat doesn't work (no one available - ever).
Calling customer services - 2nd attempt today, I'm currently 33 in the queue and have been on hold for over 20 mins - i joined at number 37....yesterday they cut me off at number 9ish!
the perfume was over £100! Anyone had similar issues and how did you resolve? Never had so many issues - returns are usually really straightforward!
