Just that really. I think I have started menopause (earlier than I expected) and wondered if anyone has any good news re PCOS symptoms, Mainly weight management if I'm being completely honest - OK has anyone found weight loss more doable after PCOS menopause?
Or any other advice/warnings/observations welcome please and thank you!

Hi. I'm awake too... I've been looking into pcos and menopause, not much info out there. I don't know about weight loss, but it looks like menopause doesn't help with pcos because it doesn't effect testosterone. My symptoms improved when I reached my 40s, periods were more regular. I've not noticed any changes in terms of weight to be honest.

My periods also became much more regular once I was 43ish. I'd a few years struggling with treatments to conceive DC2 which I did at 41. Once my periods returned they were 4 weekly like clockwork.
