To ask if you have these headaches after the flu?

Sorry for the AIBU but posting for traffic.

Had this horrible flu/cough virus the last fortnight.

Almost better now apart from every morning I'm getting the same headache. Really painful around my head in a band from bottom of my neck around to my forehead.

It's not there when I wake up and then fades away in the afternoon.

Just wanting to know if anyone has had the same. Or any advice?

Both me and adult daughter have headache/face ache along with this flu. Daughter’s headache really bad, mainly at back of head and face. Mine is mainly right temple face (sinuses I think) and less bothersome/ more manageable with paracetamol.
Daughter said soluble aspirin helped her.
It’s an awful bug. We’re on round 2 in the last 4 weeks - both had it early December for a week or so, were virus-free for a week, and then whole family including grandkids got it again. Still sick.
It ruined Xmas 😢

Not but DH has. He says it wouldn’t shift even with painkillers.
