When the Christmas tree on the Trafalgar Square is removed?

Wondering if we still can see it when we go to Central London on the 1st Jan

Not totally sure but I thought it was removed before New Years eve

Taken down on Twelfth Night so it will be there but is often boxed in, like the fountains etc, for safety for the New Year’s Eve celebrations. Better decorations are to be found in places like Covent Garden to be honest.

Plenty of details about when it is taken down if you Google.

Be warned, it is a rubbish and unimpressive tree!

I thought it was quite elegant. I hope you get to see it. The lights in Covent Garden are lovely too.

Don't miss Carnaby St lights either.

And its a bit rubbish this year. Covent garden was much better

I am up in London next week and hope to catch the lights before Friday.

It was there yesterday. It is tall and thin with gold lights.
