I was expecting to collect an order in store by January 4th. However after seeing another post I logged into the app and have noticed that they have pushed the collection date back to January 14th! Not only that but they didn't email to let me know.
I actually need the item for the 7th, but there is no way to cancel the order/reject the change. Now I will have to schlep to the store on the 14th only to return the item - all the while being out of pocket.
So folks - check your orders!
