To be sick of feeling so unwell

Sorry I'm posting here for traffic, I've been feeling consistently unwell for months now. I'll preface this by saying that I do have an eating disorder but don't think these issues are necessarily related to that.
I've been feeling nauseous and dizzy upon any activity, when I get tired I feel extremely unwell like I could vomit. Any days of activity lead to headaches, nausea and fatigue.
Today has just been the icing on the cake as I've felt so unwell that I've had to cancel Christmas plans and I live alone so I've been miserably exhausted and nauseous on the sofa all day.
I've had bloods, majority have come back normal, I have do have postural hypotension. But the last few weeks I've been spending a lot of time in bed and more recently I've been having night sweats and heart palpitations.
Planning to phone GP again on Wednesday... but I just needed a rant.

Sorry you’ve been feeling so poorly. These symptoms sound similar to what a friend of mine experiences. She has POTS, but not sure if this is the same as postural hypotension?

tickticksnooze · 25/12/2022 21:08

That sounds reasonably consistent with what you could expect from chronic malnutrition.

Have you looked into M.E.? Or chronic fatigue syndrome? Make sure you keep your nutrition up at least with vitamins as much as possible as that can make you feel really bad.

All symptoms of perimenoupause.
How old are you OP.

Cherryblossom99 · 26/12/2022 01:20

Whatsforteamum I'm only 23 but was actually beginning to wonder if I've somehow put myself into an early menopause because of my eating.
I just feel like something really isn't right.
