As long as you don't then post it all over social media, I'd say you're golden.

Do it - take photos to show her when she is 18 and treasure the memory. We did slideshows for our kids 18th birthdays and and the dressed as elves photos and Christmas photos were their favorites.

It will never be her first Christmas again ❤️

Of course. I didn’t think to do this with dd. My dogs otoh have a Santa and Rudolph outfit. Enjoy baby cuddles and your first Christmas together. 😍

Obviously you must. I did for my boys first Christmas last year, he was seven weeks old. He wore it for the grand total of five minutes then threw up all over it. He was a terribly sicky baby 😂

I personally prefer a Christmas pudding outfit but Elf is a great choice too OP 😀

My 11 month old is going to be a Christmas pudding 😂 the best but about Christmas with babies is dressing them up 😂

My grandson was a late December baby and he came home from the hospital dressed as an elf, with a little elf cap on. It was precious (and we still have pictures to use against him later!)

One of my team brought her 3 week old to our Xmas lunch dressed as an elf... we all had major cuddles, it was the best bit of the meal!

Christmas pudding next year!

Just be mindful of the hat if it has bells on. They might try to eat it.
