For her to miss the last fun, Christmassy days of pre school

Dd, 4, started Pre school in September. Since around Halloween, she’s been ill
on and off, as have we. She’s missed a lot of pre school, many other kids have too.
Last week 13 out of 23 in the class were off with illness and Dd had been off then back with a cough, short fever etc. She’s not got conjunctivitis and is tired and grumpy.
Her last day of pre school is Wednesday and they have a nice party and fun outings all next week. I really don’t want her to be ill over Christmas, or us. Some of the kids are very ill, others ok.
Shes not too fussed about missing it and would rather stay at home, I feel sad if she misses this time though, but also don’t want her sick/sicker.
Would you keep her off?

Yes I’d keep her off.

Yes I would. No point being a martyr.

Of course keep her off. It’s not even school, it’s preschool. She won’t even remember it in years to come.

If she's got conjunctivitis then they might well want her staying home in any case , it's really contagious. Hope she's feeling better soon!
