To think my Flu Jab has damaged my arm?

i had my flu vaccine (asthmatic) end of October. It was given in my right arm. It hurt and the time i had a dark bruise and a muscle ache since. Except it's getting worse. my upper arm feels like the muscles are fatigued. it is weakened and in bed i can't lie on it as it's uncomfortable. During the day it is achey.

Is it possible this is from the vaccine or is it just perimenopausal aches. (i'm 47)

It's possible that it was due to the flu jab. Some people can have reactions that take a long time to heal. I think you need to see your gp as it shouldn't have taken this long to heal.

I had this to my 2nd covid jab- took about 3 months before I could lie on that side to sleep again, but it did eventually get better
