I live in a small town and I have one very shrunken, very uncomfortable sports bra. There's an M&S but not much else, in terms of bra shopping. I run a bit. After my run, my shrunken sports bra gets so stuck I sometimes need help to get it off over my head. Every time I try to look up which new sports bra to buy, I am overwhelmed by choice and financial restraints... I would like: a sports bra two-pack (ideally); good support while running (medium sized boobs, slow run); a 'crop-top' design - so no cups or underwire; not to spend more than £35 (ideally for two). Can you help, Mumsnet? I have sore boobs, compressed lungs and a computer hunchback!

If anyone has opinions on these, they would be welcome. www.marksandspencer.com/2pk-high-impact-non-wired-sports-bras/p/clp60535802

Have not had those but have had several similar from M&S in the past and they have been good. Other ones I like are shock absorbers when on sale

i have a fabulous one from asda.

thehappyhaggis · 13/12/2022 21:50

Wouldn't wear anything but shock absorber

I have 2 of these and they're very good. They go on and off like normal bras so no contortions needed

M&S.

I would order from bravissimo. I recently got a new one for 36 pound (reduced from 40). It is a panache brand one and is FANTASTIC.

I really like the zip front high impact ones from m&s.

My very favourite is one by Shock Absorber called “ultimate fly” - annoyingly they seem to have discontinued it although a few sizes are available on eBay or sports sites. I’m trying to work out the what style they’ve replaced it with. I’ve medium sized boobs too and it works well for me. I also have a zip up front one from M&S which is comfortable but has a disconcerting habit of unzipping itself during yoga!! Do have a look at Shock Absorber though - I think they’re good quality and a good price.

I have one of these but don't find it very comfy. I'm tall and because the straps don't adjust I think it's too short for me.

Otherwise I think it would be great.

Shock Absorber. Got mine from eBay or try Sports Direct.
