To ask what this thing is on my foot??

This weird knobbly growth has appeared on the knuckle of my toe over the course of the day. It feels like bone, moves a bit if i push it and doesn't hurt at all.

What could it be??

My dh thinks it's gout. I don't think it's a bunion as I have one on my other foot and it's different.

I'm one month post partum, had a c section

It looks like a bunion.

Could be a ganglion as its over a joint
