There are neighbours along the row I live in that are quiet, often play music but not massively loud and are polite to say hello to but keep themselves to themselves.
I got woken up by loud banging (sounded like it was on someones door), continuously for about 20 minutes and then the sound of someone throwing something to someones window repeatedly. I looked out into the back gardens and could see about three people in this neighbours garden, someone banging something on their door very loudly and someone throwing something at the window. It was so dark that I couldn't see the people properly but I called the police to be on the safe side, especially being as late as it it. We often have trouble with drunk people going past and naughty teenagers too.
Was I being over-zealous?
