To want Rachel Green’s entire wardrobe?

Just happened to walk in on my daughter watching an episode of Friends. Rachel, in the space of five minutes is wearing a beautiful full length red dress , then in the next scene a trench coat over trousers with a cute top.

Whoever styled Jennifer through every series just gave her the most iconic clothes. I would like every thing she wore.

Just need her neat little figure to show it all off. And the lifestyle .

@Shutupandsitdown oooh thanks. That looks quite good though. Wouldn’t look the same on me (or 99% of people). Also I feel like if this is early Friends it is very much from its era - all my friends were wearing skirts over trousers combos that I was jealous of but now I look back, were hideous.

I never got all the love for the Rachel haircut, it was so fussy. However, I loved the chin length bob she had in whatever series she was dating Tag and turned 30.

I too loved the tie outfit with the ponytail.

My hairdresser persuaded me to try a Rachel haircut..my hair is dead straight and it looked bloody awful. Never went back to that hairdresser and have never allowed layers in my hair again ever!

Oh I had a white top like that I feel stylish I loved her blouses /shirts and little jumpers and would wear similar thinking I looked like Jennifer Aniston I did not look like Jennifer Aniston 😀

Haha yes the Rachel cut has given me a lifelong phobia of styling my wayward hair with layers. Straight across the ends for me, no feathering or fancy business.

I actually prefer Monica’s wardrobe, the later episodes where she has long layered hair and wears a lot of peasant blouse/skinny jeans combos. My DD8 is Friends-obsessed currently, it’s never off!

YANBU I love all of her clothes and I think about it every time I watch the show.

Although I would wear a bra with them
as most of the episodes you can see the shape of her nipples.

I preferred the early 90s looks to the later ones.

All those mid thigh mini skirts! I loved them but they went out of fashion in the early noughties and haven't come back yet.

Some of it was too muted for me though. I liked Phoebe's use of colour more. Monica's style was too harsh for me. Too much black.

I remember everyone at school wearing skirts over bootcut stretchy jeans around the peak friends years. I think we all thought it was very Rachel!

Along with bootcut jeans with embroidery bits all over them, lime green and orange satin. Those were the days!

I didn't notice at the time, but I do notice now as an old person watching it back. It's funny what you don't see when you're young.

All I think is, damn, I wish I could get away without wearing a bra now. Age and gravity... not a good combination.

I preferred some of Rachel's causal ensembles, love this top.

One of my fave moments in my first year of Uni, we would watch Friends in the common room before we went out on Fridays. It was the tattoo episode and Rachel was wearing tartan trousers with a black v neck top and so was I! I have never felt so on trend. Xmas Grin

What I would give now just to fit in those trousers again!

She has a autumnal coloured dress when Monica has the 10k cheque or something and Chandler says..that is a stunning blouse... it really is with the red dress!! And the dress she Wears in Barbados when she kisses joey, and her PJs on the AM of Phoebe's wedding..and her mid length leather coats..in red ..she has the best wardrobe..Monica's is horrible.. the colours.. who chose those??!!
