To assume that I don't actually have covid

DH yesterday positive on Saturday morning. Presumably he caught it from the office on Wednesday (wfh as a rule.with one day per week in the office. Colleague also tested positive o the thursday)
I have been testing twice a day as I ha e had a sore throat which has effected my larynx, feel slightly fatigued but have carried on as normal doing all housework, laundry, childcare, school runs so in no way feeling remotely flu like.

It just seems very coincidental that I am ill but don't have covid when DH clearly does.

I am due at work on Saturday and dont want to be responsible for Infecting people and potentially ruining their christmas if I do in fact have covid.
Equally do mot want to call in sick for a bloody cold. Every LFT has been resolutely negative. Not even a faint line in evidence.

I can't possibly have covid, can I?
