Im in the UK, have tried every which way i can think of and googled endlessly, please help me.

Toll free numbers often don't work internationally, you'll need to find the international number for the company.

Do you know the country it's meant to be? Could you try that in front ie 00 (country code)

Toll free numbers can't be dialled from abroad, they're USA specific numbers

You can’t dial a toll free number from outside the US.

Your best bet is probably to fill in the contact form on the website and ask for an alternative number or for them to contact you.

that's an american number.
if you dial it from uk it will cost (a lot of) money.
look up the website if they have s whatsapp number or call back option.

Ah maybe thats why its not working. Its a company called "Santas Best" my pre lit xmas tree has stopped being pre lit 😓

Yes they have the santas best xmas trees and then that website is for the warranty registration

Im in the States and I just called it. The voicemail says hello you have reached technical support. I then hung up, would you like me to call back and ask them something? Happy to help

Both emails are not working, keep coming back undelivered, i have also facebooked messaged them so maybe they will see that.
