Everyones thoughts?
Personally I don't like it. I lost my mum when I was 2 on boxing day. I hate how parental death is used as a isn't it shit type thing. Fundamentally there is fuck all help available after something like this happens.
The rest of it is just highlighting everything else that is shit - so what? Will it impact anything? It feels like misery porn, opportunity for people to say oh that's just so awful and then carry on, and for many not just carrying on because we don't care, but because we have too - you know to try and pay the bills. Frankly we're stressed, scared and just so tired. We will still be put in situations where we have to heat or eat, work NMW jobs and then be thankful for said jobs, have to suffer the consequences of ambulance strikes over Christmas - will their be actual change? Of course not. Those in power have no intention of making things better for us mere plebs because if they did their growing pile of greed may not be so high.
So what are your thoughts - nay or yay.
