I ordered presents off Beauty Bay for step dd's. When I received the confirmation email I noticed the automatic address finder hadn't worked properly and the address is down as 7 Anytown ab1 2cd. Rather than 7 Smith St, Anytown, ab1 2cd.
I tried to live chat. The bot asked if I needed medical assistance 🙄 I tried to cancel and reorder but they said they can't guarantee cancellation and I might end up with 2 orders which I can't afford. And I have sent an email asking customer services to change the address but apparently its taking up to 10 days for them to reply which will be too late.
The parcel is tracked and dp thinks having the post code and the house number should be enough. Is this right do you think?
