Hi. Posting here for traffic. I'm really starting to worry. We've had a long break from teething....She was always on time for all the other teeth. But these last molars- I can kind if see the bump there and have seen it for about a year - but they are just not coming through! When has your DC got them?

If she’s got 10 teeth on top and 10 on bottom already then the ones pushing through generally turn up at around age 6.

Baby teeth only have two (pre)molars, so they only get 10 on top and 10 on bottom.

The 3rd molar (last molar) doesn’t come in until 17-21yrs old as that’s your wisdom tooth and it’s after all the baby teeth have been shed and replaced with permanent teeth, starting around age 6.
