To be worried about DS7 - high temperature, muscle aches and one vomit

Hi all - I'm worried about DS7. In the night he wet the bed which he's not done in years, and was hot to the touch, seemed a little disorientated.

Half an hour later he puked (just once and has had no tummy aches or anything) and was burning up.

This morning he's got a high temperature of 39, which came down with calpol but he's complaining of a headache and sore arm.

I'm assuming it's not noro as he was only sick once and had no tummy ache. I've tested for covid which was negative. Could this be the strep A thing that's in the news?

I'd call 111 or book a GP appointment as opposed to asking for medical advice on an Internet forum tbh.

It's extremely unlikely to be strep A but you'd be right to be cautious and call 111 in these circumstances

I'd be asking for uti test asap. He's clearly quite unwell
