I'm addicted to my phone. I admit, and I'm ashamed.
I'm looking for an app that locks me out of social media/a custom list of apps for a predetermined period of time and doesn’t allow me to cheat/unlock them halfway through (i really can't be trusted).
I'm really close to switching my smartphone with an old Nokia 1100 and going cold turkey =/
So any suggestions?
