Liking revealing photos on social media

Have come across a woman in her mid 20s who lives locally. She's had a few profile pictures which are quite revealing (no judgement at all) but I noticed that 3 local married men I know have liked most of the pictures 🙄
Would you be bothered if your partner did that? Or say if it was a friend of theirs? If it's just their face it's one thing but these are pictures with her bosom out

One of the men is like 25 years her senior too..

bit weird of you to be checking and noting who has liked this woman’s social media photos

DrinkFeckArseBrick · 27/11/2022 22:04

I'd be pretty disgusted with my husband if he did this. I think its pervy and disrespectful

georgarina · 27/11/2022 22:10

No, I would definitely not be ok with that

nobodyknowss · 27/11/2022 22:15

Yeah it's not very nice but it's a bit odd that you're keeping tabs of who's liking what.

Devoutspoken · 27/11/2022 22:20

It's a weird thing to do, what do these dirty old fuckers think they'll get out of it

WunWun · 27/11/2022 22:24

I wouldn't be okay with it, but I would also feel a bit uncomfortable if my partner was curtain twitching on social media about stuff that was absolutely nothing to do with them and pearl clutching about it

LabradorEyes · 28/11/2022 08:02

I would be worried about myself if I was looking into some unknown woman's pictures in social media, kept tabs about who likes them, and THEN created a post in another social media site about it. I would be seriously worried about my boring life and lack of other interests.

Rhiannonx · 28/11/2022 08:54

Your life must be pretty uneventful too as you've time to post on here love

Yes I think it is pretty unacceptable.

Liking photos or posts is actually not a passive thing to do. For example, if a kid is getting cyberbullied and a different kid likes the bullying posts that the bully has made, then the liker can be considered to also be a bully. Our school explicitly told us this.

Liking explicit photos of a randomer, especially when the liker is married, is a bit dirty and strange and I would be furious if my husband or son behaved like that online.

I wouldn't even know about it in the first place because I'd have kept my beak out.

Agreed with LabradorEyes, this should say

DrManhattan · 28/11/2022 09:23

Well you've done the exact same thing 😂

MXVIT · 28/11/2022 10:49

Like a strange mix of Michael Pain the Nosy Neighbour and Alan Bennet's Lady of Letters ;)

Not great behaviour from them, but blimey not great from you either tbh, you must be a joy to live close to! I'd be scared my comings and goings were being noted in a journal!
