Aibu to wonder if subsequent babies come later and later!

I am due my fourth baby on Christmas Day!
my first was two days early
second was three days late
and third was induced as no signs of ever coming!! (Think he was 10 days over)
so the midwife has already said it’s unlikely to be early and I’m actually feeling really depressed about the fact I could be so late
And have to go through a full induction process again!!
plus I really don’t want a Xmas day baby! A)because I want to spend the day with my family and young children
and B)because I feel like it would be a really rubbish day to have a birthday every year!!
anyway point to post - anyone had a randomly early subsequent baby? The trend I hear from friends is same as myself , so I’m thinking that it’s probably true ,what the midwife said!

I think it varies. My first was almost 43 weeks. My second came on EDD

DC1 was 11 days overdue, DC2 was born at 38 weeks.

They weighed the same so I think that’s my body’s limit and an eviction is served.

My first was born at 37 weeks. Second born at 32.

Dc1 2 days late
Dc2 5 days late
Dc3 12 days late
Dc4 3 days late
Dc5 7 days late
Dc6 14 days late
Dc7 10 days late
Dc8 6 days late

All late but not necessarily later than previous births.

D1 - 38 weeks
D2 - 36 weeks.

My three got earlier each time!

9 babies and no pattern to mine! First two were 5 days early, 3rd was 4 weeks early, 4th 10 days early, 5th 4.5 weeks early, (3 & 5 were girls so then thought I just had girls that early) then 6th was a boy and also 4 weeks early! 7th a boy and 4.5 weeks early, then 8th we were all sure she would be here by 36 weeks especially as I had labour stopped at 33 weeks, but she held on to exactly 39 weeks - I felt 3 weeks overdue! Then 9th was back to 4 weeks early!

First 3 40+2
Number 4 39+5
Number 5 39+2

So mine be getting earlier 😊

LMP dates (and everyone who saw DC1 in hospital said he was more than 6 days over)
40+14, 40, 40…

so, yes, mine were earlier (and smaller).

I honestly can't remember how overdue DC 2 and 3 were but definitely less overdue than DC1. They aren't old. I just have a terrible memory. I only remember they were all a bit late and all weighed about 7lb. But they definitely didn't get later and later. Can't see any reason why they would - historically women often had 10+ babies and if that was right their last pregnancies would have lasted forever.

Both DCs 10 days late.
