AIBU to wonder what to give to fabulous big GP practice for Christmas

I am a doctor but i’m not a GP. Have been to our local fantastic GP practice many times over the last year, between needing treatment myself and my kids having various health issues. It’s a huge practice and have mostly seen different GPs. Wondering what would be a good gift to give to the practice, given that I’m not going to give lots of individual gifts!
My GP friends are abroad and work in much smaller settings so I’d appreciate ideas from GPs in large practices. Thanks!

I'm not a GP but work alongside them doing a similar job, also in a large practice.

We would really appreciate the feedback and compliment most of all to be honest. It can be a truly thankless job, full of complaints and dissatisfaction from patients, but for someone to take the time to write in and say how they were pleased with the service would mean an awful lot.

Our practice really appreciates a thank you or kind comments on local FB page. If you really want to give a gift I suggest filling a basket with small toiletries that they can all share.

Following as I have a great GP surgery I’d like to show appreciation to as well.

I work in an admin role in a GP surgery and I would say that although everyone appreciates the sweets, cakes and biscuits we do get a lot and many of the staff are dieting or trying to keep fit. Having said that I'm not sure what to suggest.

A Christmas card with thanks inside 🙂

I'm glad you asked this as I was wondering the same myself. Unfortunately, I've been to the GP surgery a lot the last couple of years than in my whole life due to the kids and I having some issues, and mine turning out to be long term. They couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. I really want to get them something but not sure what.

A card and a box of quality street.

That's lovely 😊 I'm a nurse but not in a surgery, our department have had couple of lovely hampers over the years of things like hand creams, nice coffee/tea/hot choc, pens, biscuits... I know a lot are always on a diet but a nice biscuit with a cuppa on a break is always lovely.
Don't spend much, the little things like I've mentioned are absolutely appreciated. And as others have said, a nice card/letter is great. If there are any named people in particular, a small card or note for them individually is always hugely appreciated (and good for for revalidation etc!) :)
