Or being overly sensitive?
I was in a train station public toilet the other day. I guess I didn't pay enough attention, I didn't bump into anyone or anything but some young woman sniped, "Why don't you try looking where you're walking next time."
Not to my face, just after she'd passed me.
I wasn't in her way, I didn't block her or anything.
Then I work as a tutor part time and have been approached about part time tutoring for a few hours a day. Some days I can do any time, morning or afternoon, some days 2pm onwards, some days 4:30pm onwards.
This is because I have another job, but it's usual for tutoring to take place after school hours.
The person I'm tutoring isn't currently attending school as far as I know and is in a home.
The manager who's organising it asked for my availability, I told her, and received back a snooty email about how I'm basically setting her up for failure by not being available during the day, how I should know this, and a, "Have you really got no other free slots?!"
I'm probably being over sensitive with these 2 examples but I also feel they were both unnecessarily rude.
