Have you ever wrongly accused/suspected someone of something?

Hoping someone will make me feel better.

I almost wrongly accused someone of something this week. Luckily I didn't go in all guns blazing and got evidence first. It turned out to be a total coincidence.

Think Monica from Friends with the cleaner stealing her jeans.

Have you ever played amateur detective and turned out to be completely off the mark?

It's ok you didn't accuse them though? You just had suspicions. So they are none the wiser and it's fine.

I have been accused of things I didn't do when I was a child and teenager, never even got an apology. I was also accused of thinking certain things - honestly.

It still rankles but hey ho, a long time ago.
