To ask is anyone else’s calendar already getting busy for next year!?

I already have
-a weekend in London
-two hen weekends
-one wedding abroad
-a midweek to Edinburgh
-a wedding anniversary party
and all before June plus add all of the other usuals!
plus booking our holidays!

I suppose it is November but it has all just piled up in the last few weeks. Not complaining of course, I’m looking forward to them all I just feel like it’s going to be a busy year!!

100% this. After the year I've had, if i don't want to do something, I'm not going to do it, just to please others, no matter who they are. If they don't like it, sucks to be them.

I never said I was doing them for anybody else, I’m a grown woman, I get an invitation and I either accept or reject. I accepted the hens and wedding because they are people close to me. Nobody is forcing me, I am literally just after writing it into my calendar and it looks busy already is all I’m saying. 🤷‍♀️

If you’re asking would I enjoy having so much planned so early, then no. I do try to say no if I really don’t fancy something.

All my annual leave is booked off for next year except 3 days already 😂😂 have a few holidays, glasto, a nice trip to my family (I’m not from the uk) just me and my daughter who will have just turned 2 when we go - our first girls trip just the 2 of us! 🥰

No. This year was very busy for me. Lots of holidays. Work. Socially. Gym. Course. It's been a great year. But next year I want to save money and have a more restful time.

Generally I'm like this too. I have to keep busy for my mental health. But when I'm with my loved ones I love a relax too.
