To be thinking of returning new phone due to this camera issue?

I recently upgraded to a S21 from my old S10, mainly for the purpose of having a much better camera in those areas.

However whilst the photos are generally better definition and colour, they are just as blurry with even slight movement, especially in artificial light (And with having 2 young children, pictures of them being perfectly still are often impossible!)
I've tried changing a couple of things (setting to 'pro' and putting 'tracking auto focus' on) but still no better.

So not sure whether maybe something like the iphone 13/14 or the samsung s22 would perform better? I like the S21 in general so want to be sure it would be worth changing for the reasons mentioned above.

Interested to hear others experiences with the camera capabilities of these phones please? Specifically with movement and in artificial/low light conditions.

Am I just expecting too much of a phone camera without spending crazy money to get the absolute latest flagship models? (S22 ultra/plus or iphone 14 Pro/pro max)

I have an iPhone 13 Pro. DH has the Samsung S22 Plus.

The Samsung is far, far superior in terms of camera.
