Every time I see him in an interview he looks super keen to restart austerity and put up taxes. He actually looks like he enjoys it to me?

He is always smiling. It's nothing new. Same when he wasn't in cabinet. He has an amazing political persona. If you ever met him, you'd know what I mean. It's how some people are successful. I don't think he does "off days"

I think he doesn't know how to look in public TBH. He has the social graces of a napkin - he just can't look normal. Personally, he is fine and he knows it. He has multiple houses, rakes in the cash and has no reason to worry. I'd be rather smug too.
