I need super easy to follow, quick healthy tasty cheap ingredients cookbook for lazy 20 year old who wants to eat healthy but really can't be bothered, meals for one/2 maybe seen a couple online but don't know if any good seen mens health one called 1 man 1 pan 1 plan he may like or student one or something he's asked for one?

Honestly, I wouldn't buy a gimmick. The classics, Delila for example, tell you everything. Cooking eggs to roasting a chicken.
