Second hand electric car - pricey, £20-25,000. Your top tips for negotiating extras that don't cost them much, and whether you have found a way of flexing the price

We come from a family that doesn't typically spend money on cars. We have now gone electric and are hoping to buy our 2nd secondhand one from a car dealer - for £20-25k which feels like masses of money.

Recognising that there is lots of demand, and not a massive supply, it would be great to have your thoughts on

  1. What can we negotiate on with the dealer, which doesn't cost them much but could be worth a lot to us
  2. How much flex have you found on price, and any tips on establishing/negotiating this?

Thank you!
