Chocolate cyst removal and pregnancy

Unsure where the best place to post this is..

I have recently had an endometrioma (?!) aka chocolate cyst removed off my left ovary.

I have been ttc for 6 months with no success so I had this surgery to aid my chances. My tubes are clear (one was slightly blocked but is now repaired) and I had endo removed from pouch of Douglas. Unsure how big the cyst was but the doctor said it wasn't of concern.

I will be starting ttc again this month.

Looking for success stories of natural conception after the removal of a chocolate cyst please. I really hope that my chances are high :( thanks guys

@toastonjam hey, hope your ttc journey is going well! I’ve just been told I have a chocolate cyst too - but doctor said they’re unlikely to remove because it’s small. I’m worried if they don’t, my chances are low :( already been ttc for a full year. looking for some help really - how has your experience been?
