Telephone banking closes early.

Public transport cut down.

Bank appointments are all half an hour only and on the phone. (Apparently since working from home it's simpler) Not for customers it's not.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I'm not a covid denier or disrespectful to those who've lost family or suffered from long covid.

I do think many organisations have taken the Mick, though.

True, but the general public have got ruder and more entitled. They want everything NOW and woebetide any customer service agent that doesn't give them that.

Yes, I work in customer service. Face to face, phones, live chat and email. Its all the same.
