To stay in bed as dog is still asleep next to me?

I don't have work till pm, can't do anything much as 4 weeks into recovery from op but no pain, noone here nothing to do nowhere to go.
Dog is snoring away should I get up moving or just stay here being lazy?

I barely slept last night. I'm a terrible sleeper, but right now I could go to sleep. Very rare feeling!! I'm really regretting making plans to have lunch with friends.
