To ask any solicitors out there if I can go via small claims court for this...

Hi,

I need to recover payment from a company who I've been chasing - nearly 90 days overdue. I'm done with them.

I plan to send them a pre-action letter, putting them on notice about impending legal action if they don't pay within 7 days.

Can I go through the small claims court? The amount is less than £3K. is there anything else I need to add in or bear in mind?
