am I the only one having trouble with Prime video?

I can't see the scroll bar, pause, rewind etc.

Talking to their help centre is driving my blood pressure through the roof

I get a little bit annoyed when I'm repeatedly called Ma'am!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I get the opposite issue sometimes - I'll be watching something and the pause/ scroll bar/rewind 10 secs/ffwd 10 secs etc. all remain visible, rather than disappearing a few seconds after you stop moving the cursor. The only thing I have found which works, and I strongly suspect you will have tried this, is going into the homepage for Amazon Prime and refreshing the page, before restarting the video you want to watch. I hope you manage to get it sorted!

Their tech team eventually emailed me and told me to update my browser which fixed it.
