In a suitcase in the airing cupboard

In my wine cellar. Luckily it is a dry cellar and not humid! I stand the rolls up inside one of the 6 pack segmented wine delivery boxes and this sits on top of a wooden wine box with all the cards etc in it.

I have a purpose-made long thin bag for the purpose which I keep in the wardrobe. The main thing for me is to be minimalist about the paper. I don't need different paper for different occasions. We usually have just two or three rolls on the go. Where possible, I buy "Christmas" wrapping paper in the January sales, choosing paper which is equally suitable for other occasions, such as red and gold stripes.

Wrapping paper rolls are stood up in the back corner of my wardrobe, behind a coat and a shoebox of tape, labels, some reused ribbons and scissors is pushed underneath the wardrobe.

I have this from IKEA in a cupboard

I keep sellotape and scissors so I can just pick it up and take it wherever I want to wrap

I keep them in an ottoman bench with other stationery (envelopes, paper etc) in the dining room.

Trinkethearth · 23/10/2022 20:36

I have a very cluttered craft room. Rolls are stood upright in a long wicker basket. Bows and gift tags are in a gift box on a shelf. Then I have a ribbon storage rack and storage boxes of ribbons. I make cards that are in a storage box but we also have a basket full of purchased cards for just about every occasion.

luxxlisbon · 23/10/2022 20:36

I generally just buy as needed. Occasionally I might have the odd left over Christmas roll which I keep under the bed but I don’t keep a bunch of that stuff hanging about .

MavisChunch29 · 23/10/2022 20:37

I keep gift bags and re-use them. Don't actually use that much wrapping paper.

In the guest bedroom in a chest of drawers along with crafting stuff, spare toiletries and general overflow stuff.

Same here.

cravattwat · 23/10/2022 20:44

I've got a big chest of drawers in the spare room for wrapping paper/bows/cards etc.
Also, batteries, phone cables, spare phone bits etc

Dragonskin · 23/10/2022 21:04

We have a box of wrapping paper rolls and it loves just inside the loft

bookish83 · 23/10/2022 21:14

Ikea wrapping paper storage box. It is really strudy and holds a lot. Not large gift bags though

user1471505494 · 23/10/2022 21:17

In an old trunk in the hallway

SweetSenorita · 23/10/2022 21:18

In a plastic box in the bottom of the wardrobe in the spare bedroom 😍

Ladyofthepeonies · 23/10/2022 21:24

I use an umbrella stand in the corner of the spare room

SquigglePigs · 23/10/2022 21:25

A drawer under our bed for wrapping paper, cards, gift bags etc. Then a shelf in a cupboard in the spare room for presents I pick up earlier in the year for a particular occasion/person.

IbizaToTheNorfolkBroads · 23/10/2022 21:27

In a little old cabin suitcase under my desk.

Anonymouseposter · 23/10/2022 21:29

Also between wardrobe and wall in my bedroom. I thought it would just be me.

Cakeit · 23/10/2022 21:32

I generally buy gift wrap/bags as I need, i don’t like to have too much stuff I don’t have room for

BrandNewBicep · 23/10/2022 21:33

I have 2 drawers in our bedroom - 1 is for general wrapping and the other is The Drawer of Christmas.

Davros · 23/10/2022 21:42

I got all excited when I read about The Drawer of Christmas

Vicliz24 · 23/10/2022 21:51
