I was once successful at a very tough recruitment process (they offered me the job not once but twice). Completely different subsidiary has approached me for a completely different role, would that be a red flag? I had to reject the offer a couple of years ago as I couldn't relocate. I don't know if I'm being paranoid or not. (Or unreasonable to think it's a red flag)
