Google good housekeeping reviews.

Notmyyearthisyear · 20/10/2022 18:41

Amazon’s own brand Uten is decent, large basket for circa £60 👍

fairplay · 20/10/2022 18:44

I’ve got a tower one from Amazon. Not sure how much it was as it was a gift but so far it’s done what it should do. For a family of 4 I would probably get one with 2 large cooking spaces though, I would find that very useful

ProfYaffle · 20/10/2022 18:51

If you're going for a cheap one be careful it's not too small for your family. Larger ones are more expensive but more practical for 4.

Ours is a Tower too, 42l from memory. It's big enough for two, three people. Quite happy with it. Got it discounted and think it was about £45.

Tomnooktoldmeto · 20/10/2022 18:55

We have the Costco 2 drawer one, excellent value for money at about £90 other makes are often twice that

BewareTheBeardedDragon · 20/10/2022 18:55

Mine is from Asda - £55 for 6.5l. I can do a whole chicken in it, and it's really good. My only complaint is that it's huge and I don't love how it looks on the counter, but I think that would be true for any air fryer.

ZeroFuchsGiven · 21/10/2022 07:49

I have this one HERE

17L is brilliant for joints and full chickens, I use it loads apart from chips, they make terrible chips! My MIL cooks cakes and alsorts in hers.

£39.99

RandomMess · 21/10/2022 09:38

I deliberately went for one with a large capacity basket versus external dimensions and shape so I could store it in a cupboard. Not cheap but great reviews Cosori one.

Bunnyfuller · 21/10/2022 09:40

I got mine off FB

Caiti19 · 21/10/2022 09:43

Lidl was selling them for less than 30 quid back in Feb. It was the "Tower Vortex 4L".

PaulaTrilloe · 21/10/2022 09:44

I got a small £25 Asda one which is big enough for 2 baked potatoes

PaulaTrilloe · 21/10/2022 09:46

Robert Dyas had a good selection and hal price eg Tefal for £36 (normally £79)

Clymene · 21/10/2022 09:52

I got a consortium one following recs on here. It's great and cost £100

Hi @user0786 Thanks for posting. If you're still looking, check out our article on the best air fryers. We wrote it after researching the recommendations of Mumsnet users and scrutinising consumer reviews, hopefully there will be a model on there that suits your budget. Do let us know if it was useful.
