I ordered my 2 daughters Oodies for their birthdays that were a few days apart in September, I never received the order. It took 4 weeks for oodie to confirm this with evri after about 10 emails asking them to investigate despite me showing proof my tracking on evri never progressed past them accepting the order. They then offered to replace however the ones wanted have since gone out of stock, in order to replace with another design they wanted an extra £20 as the no longer had them a the original price. I said no to spending £20 extra for designs they didn't really want, so requested a full refund instead, it took oodie the best part of a week to then issue a refund that ill have to wait another 5-7 working days for.
Today I ordered Morrisons delivery via amazon as I'm currently on nights and needed fast and convenient. The delivery driver blatantly stole and the bag containing all the meat and fresh produce. Over £25 worth of items. Contacted amazon to request they sort it being delivered, they cant, just a refund that, you guessed it, will take 5-7 working days to refund. In the mean time I now have to pay for taxis to go to replace the items and wait for the money back, and not be able to sleep prior to my 13 hour nightshift.
Online ordering is supposed to be convenient, but I swear it causes nothing but stress and more time being wasted!
