Baileys and Malibu in equal parts with ice is lovely.

A bit like drinking Bucks Fizz or whisky and coke. Why anyone would ruin a carefully crafted champagne by putting orange juice in it is beyond me.

Unless the red wine/spirit is absolutely rotten of course, then probably anything goes to make it drinkable.
