Anyone familiar with Windsor? AIBU to ask about their food market?

Posting for traffic - sorry! I visited Windsor today, when they had a food market on in the town centre. One of the stalls was serving galettes (savoury French pancakes) - I tried one and it was really lovely.

I didn’t get the name of the stall unfortunately. Does anyone know the name of the stall and if they go around other food markets too, or if they’re based in Windsor only? Thanks!

Was it the one outside Daniels? Or on Peascod Street?

I've never had a good look at the name, feel like it has some generic name like French Crepes and galettes but I'm probably going to Windsor this afternoon and I can see if it's there today!
