To go back to the walk in centre

Hi all, I'm currently being treated for an infected insect bite I got whilst abroad last week. Its being treated with clindamycin and fucidin H cream. Yesterday I developed a rash on my breast. It seems to be spreading. Could they be related or does anyone have any idea what it could be please?

Would I be unreasonable to go back to the walk in centre where the bite infection was diagnosed? I did try to contact my GP today but was unable to get an appointment.

Thanks
