Mince meet brown in the middle when cooking cooking

Hi just wanted to double check if the mince was okay thinking to throw away cooking dinner for the family bought mince meet from Tesco yesterday it's still in date but when I throw it in the pan some parts in the middle was kind of brownish doesn't smell bad or anything
