Buy now pay later - Klarna etc?

A quick question we run a very small retail website and B&M shop.

So far we've avoided adding the likes of Klarna as a payment option as not sure i agree with it.

Looking for opinions, due to the cost of living etc looking at adding it as an option.

AIBU to consider doing this.

or are they seen as okay and normal?

Don't want to be encouraging people to get into debt, but we also don't want to be losing out on sales if it is a prefered payment option.

Happy to be flammed for even considering it.

I use Klarna and love it. However i use it as a buffer between receiving and paying for goods. For example I've been waiting on my ninja coming and it's still showing as preparing dispatch for over 2 weeks, so thankfully no "real" money has exchanged. I will pay off in full when I receive it. The same happened the other month when Puma sent me the wrong trainers. By paying via Klarna it takes the hassel out of waiting for refunds - it works for me.
